Wendy Dutenhoeffer is currently a financial consultant and trainer for nonprofit organizations. She enjoys putting her financial and operational expertise to work helping those who make a difference in their community. Dutenhoeffer has over 20 years of financial experience, having served as a chief financial officer and an award-winning finance director. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Idaho State University. She also spent seven years as a search and rescue K9 handler. Dutenhoeffer is published in Police Magazine, Women in Law Enforcement, and was a featured blogger for GovLoop. With deep family roots in Washington and Oregon, she moved to the Kitsap Peninsula five years ago and enjoys exploring the beauty of Washington and spending time with her husband and fur babies.
